Choose "Child Abuse", "Violence", or "Illegal drugs". There is no deepfake-specific category.
For channels: tap the channel name, tap the three dots, then select "Report".
Email abuse@telegram.org directly with evidence. This is the most reliable path.
For NCII (non-consensual intimate imagery), email dmca@telegram.org with the subject "NCII Report".
If you are in the EU or UK, you can escalate via your local data protection authority.
If the channel has public content, you can also submit reports via @notoscam or @stopCA Telegram bots.
Why removal is difficult
Telegram is notoriously slow to respond to content moderation requests. The platform does not have an in-app DMCA system.
