Impersonation response
Someone is pretending to be you. We make it stop.
Being impersonated is violating. It threatens your identity, your livelihood, and your peace, and it is exhausting to fight on your own. You do not have to.
We file the platform reports, the identity verifications, and the legal notices in your name. Every URL, every platform, free. Whether the imposter is a human running a fake account or an AI generating videos in your likeness, the response starts the same way.
The three patterns we see
Impersonation looks different in every case. The response does not.
An account using your photos and name
Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Threads, and the rest each have a dedicated impersonation form. We file it in your name with the right evidence, in the right place, every time.
Videos, voice clones, fake endorsements
Generated content that puts your face on a body, your voice in a script, or your likeness on a product you never endorsed. Right of publicity covers it. The TAKE IT DOWN Act covers it when it is sexual. Federal Lanham Act covers false endorsement.
Imposters using your face in DMs
Scammers building a fake you to charm someone, ask for money, or run an investment con. Platform reports plus a clear public record your real audience can point to when they ask whether it is really you.
You have legal protection
The law is on your side.
Impersonation is not a grey area. Every notice we send cites the right authority for the right pattern, so platforms cannot stall on a technicality.
Right of publicity
Every U.S. state recognizes a person's right to control commercial use of their name, voice, and likeness. Some by statute, some by common law. This is the backbone of nearly every impersonation claim.
Lanham Act §43(a)
Federal false-endorsement law. When an imposter implies you back a product, a service, or an opinion you do not, it is actionable. Platforms move quickly when this is cited correctly.
TAKE IT DOWN Act
Federal law signed May 2025. Platforms must remove non-consensual sexual deepfakes within 48 hours of a valid notice. We use the right framing so the clock starts.
Platform identity policies
Every major platform has its own impersonation rule, separate from the law. We file the platform form and the legal notice in parallel so the case has two paths to a yes.
What we do in your name
You stay the rightsholder. We are the orchestrator.
Every notice is filed in your name, with your signature on the perjury statement where one is required. We do the form-filling, the routing, the follow-up, and the escalation. You do not have to read another platform policy again.
We file the reports
Every platform involved. Every URL. The forms are not the same and they keep changing. We keep up so you do not have to.
We submit verification when platforms require it
Some platforms ask for ID before they will act. We walk you through exactly what is needed for each, and where to send it. You stay the rightsholder, always.
We escalate when platforms ignore
If a platform stalls, we go to the hosting provider, the domain registrar, and search-result removal. Most cases never need this. The ones that do, get it.
Free for everyone
$0 forever. Every URL, every platform.
The free version is the real version. Face scan, takedowns, escalation — all free, all the time, for everyone. There is no holding back a feature behind a paywall, because the feature is the whole point.
If you would rather not deal with the workflow yourself, an optional $39 lets us run the whole case for you. Money back if we cannot remove it.
Unlimited takedowns. No daily cap. No subscription. Free, forever.
What you do not have to do
Save your energy for the rest of your life.
The instincts are common. They also tend to backfire. Here is what you can let go of.
- Do not DM the imposter.
- Do not post warnings to your followers — that is fuel for the imposter, not a fix.
- Do not hire a lawyer to start. Most cases never need one.
- Do not pay $199 per report to a takedown service. Every report we file is free.
Start with the URL of the imposter.
Or run a free face scan to find every place the imposter is using your likeness. Either path is free, and both end the same way.
